| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Miller was found guilty by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 05/19/1998 of two counts of Rape of a Child in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 184 months in prison for each count to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Miller sexually assaulting the known five year old and seven year old male victims. Miller sexually assaulted both of these victims in the showers of a public recreation area. The sexual assaults were observed by a witness who called 911. Miller admitted to similar behavior on five additional occasions while showeriing with the victims at his home. Miller also admitted to sexually assualting a known three year old female victim for which he was not charged with a crime. Miller refused to participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Miller is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Everett Field Office (425) 290-3200, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children Do not use , posess, purchase, or consume alcohol Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Enter into and successfully participate in a certified sexs offender treatment program as directed by community corrections officer Enter into and successfully participate in counseling programs as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with minors Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Report to and be available for contact with assigned community corrections officer as directed Shall reside at a location and under living arrangements as approved by CCO Submit to polygraph examinations as directed |
