| Comments: | According to official documents, between September of 1997 and September of 1998, Ness sexually harassed and molested several minor female employees while he was the manager of a drive-in eatery. A 15 year-old female victim reported that Ness made sexual comments on her body parts and told the victim what sexual acts he would like to do with them. The victim also reported that on several occasions he reached down her pants and under her shirt touching the victim on her private parts. A second victim who was also a 15 year-old female reported that she also was a victim of his sexual contact in the same manner as the first victim. Several other victims, all females who range in age from 15 to 17 years of age, reported the same type of touching and harassment by Ness. Ness was also convicted of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor in the Third Degree in 1984 in the state of New Mexico and was granted a three year suspended sentence and placed on probation for three years.
