| Narrative: | The Brooksville Police Department Patrol Division reports that units responded to 249 E. Fort Dade Ave in reference a disturbance. During the investigation it was found that Robert Ward and his father had been in an argument. During the argument Robert Ward struck his father in the face with a closed fist. Robert Ward was taken into custody for domestic battery. It was found that Ward had prior convictions of battery and was currently on felony probation for battery. Due to Ward being taken into custody for domestic battery this violated his probation. Ward was held at the Hernando County Jail under a no bond status for domestic battery and violation of probation. |
