ROBERT LEE WRIGHT was the operator of the vehicle. Investigation found WRIGHT has not ever had a driver’s license from the State of Florida or any other state. WRIGHT was placed under arrest and transported to Hernando County Jail where he was charged and held on bond. Wright was also issued a traffic citation for speeding. |
