| Comments: | In 1998, Rodney D. CONWAY was convicted of theft in the first degree with sexual motivation and unlawful imprisonment with sexual motivation in King County, Washington and sentenced to 43 months. According to official documents, CONWAY went to the residence of a known adult female and asked the victim for a beer and for money. She told CONWAY that she did not have any money. CONWAY grabbed her by the throat and held a box-cutter to her neck and demanded that she give him some money and told her that if she screamed he would slit her throat. He then sexually assaulted the victim. CONWAY has prior sex offense history. CONWAY while displaying a large butcher knife demanded an adult female to perform oral sex on him. The victim complied. He was sentenced to nine months confinement. Additionally, CONWAY disclosed that he had participated in 'gang rapes' and extorting money from prostitutes. His other criminal history includes theft, making a false statement to Social Security, and an assault that was originally charged as a rape. In that incident, CONWAY picked up an 18-year-old hitchhiker and they went to his apartment. CONWAY forced the victim to orally copulate him and then raped her. CONWAY participated in and completed the Sex Offender Treatment Program during his incarceration. His Risk Level Assessment places him in the Level III Notification category and he is considered a high-risk to re-offend |
