| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents in July of 2003, Carpio and another subject sexually assaulted an 17 year old female who did not know the suspect. Carpio was given a term of 12 months confinement in a California State facility. On August 10, 2004 Carpio pled guilty to the crime of Robbery 2nd Degree in Snohomish County and was given a term of 12 months and 1 day. The victim in this crime was stopped at a grocery store in Snohomish County when Carpio approached the victim with three other males and told the victim he was Jacking his car. The victim got out of his vehicle and Carpio fled in the victim's Vehicle. Carpio was arrested in the victims vehicle. Carpio is no longer under supervision. Shall not purchase, own, possess any firearm, ammunition or explosive. |
