Take all prescribed psychoactive medication exactly as directed by community mental health provider. Participate in a substance abuse evaluation and follow recommended treatment. Participate in offense related counseling programs. Participate in varius physical exams. Pay the costs of crime-related counseling and medical treatment required by victim. Register as an RSO in the county of your residence for the period provided by law. You are ineligible to carry firearms. You must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision. Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by CCO. |
