| Comments: | According to official documents, in October 2008, a 23 year old female exited a store in Bonney Lake and as she approached her vehicle, she observed a male (TOLMAN, age 62) seated in a vehicle parked next to her vehicle. TOLMAN was exposing himself and masturbating while looking into the victims vehicle where her 6 month old daughter and 19 year old sister were waiting for her. She reported the incident and TOLMAN was arrested. Upon his arrest, TOLMAN was found to be intoxicated and was in possession of three firearms, one of which had been reported stolen. During his arrest, TOLMAN verbally threatened to shoot and physically assault the arresting officers. TOLMAN was convicted of the above listed crimes and sentenced to 13 months in prison. TOLMAN has an EXTENSIVE sexual criminal history that includes numerous counts of Indecent Exposure ranging from 1966 through 1999. He has also been convicted two times of Indecent Liberties (1974 and 1986). TOLMAN will be supervised by the Department of Corrections for 36 months of Community Custody for his most recent conviction. Due to TOLMANs sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a Level 3 Sex Offender. |
