Offender advised the 6 year old was asleep in the car and he did not want to wake him so he left him in the vehicle to sleep while he went to his friends apartment. It is unknown how long the child was in vehicle alone. Officer was on scene with call for approx. 20 minuets. Arrested for child desertion. |
