| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to the Oak Park Apartments #22 in reference to a battery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who advised her live in boyfriend and father of her children, Rusey Perez-Coutino, was intoxicated and arguing with her. The argument became physical when Coutino slapped her in the face and pulled her off of the couch. The victim had injuries consistent with her statement. Coutino fled prior to police arrival. Officers later made contact with Coutino and he was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was charged with Domestic Battery. He is being held without bond. |
