| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to Bealls Outlet in reference to a shoplifter that had just fled the store. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendant select and conceal clothing. He was then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the item. When store security attempted to stop the subject he fled behind the store. After a search of the area he was located walking on Darby Lane and taken into custody. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held on $500 bond. |
