Probable cause affidavit: SUBMITTED BY: WRIGHT, TIFFANY 0658 (AR11119928) THE DEFENDANT, MS SARAH PICKLO, DID UNLAWFULLY AND KNOWINGLY OBTAIN OR USE, OR ENDEAVOR TO OBTAIN OR USE THE PROPERTY OF THE VICTIM, WINN DIXIE SUPERMARKET, TO WIT: TWO BOTTLES OF SUNTAN LOTION , SAID PROPERTY BEING OF A VALUE OF $18.53, WITH THE INTENT TO EITHER TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY DEPRIVE THE VICTIM OF A RIGHT TO THE PROPERTY OR A BENEFIT THEREOF, OR DID APPROPRIATE THE SAID PROPERTY TO HIS OWN USE OR THE USE OF ANY PERSON NOT ENTITLED THERETO, IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTES 812.014(3)(a). ON 031811 AT APPROXIMATELY 1125 HOURS, I RESPONDED TO THE WINN DIXIE AT 3565 NORTH LECANTO HIGHWAY, IN BEVERLY HILLS, REFERENCE A SHOPLIFTER IN CUSTODY. UPON ARRIVAL, I MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT, MS RENE SHERMAN, WHO ADVISED SHE OBSERVED THE DEFENDANT, MS SARAH PICKLO, WALK AROUND THE SUNTAN LOTION RACK AND PLACE TWO BOTTLES OF SUNTAN LOTION IN HER PURSE. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED WHEN SHE APPROACHED THE DEFENDANT, SHE ATTEMPTED TO PLACE ONE OF THE BOTTLES BACK ON THE RACK. THE COMPLAINANT STATED TO THE DEFENDANT THAT SHE SAW HER PLACE THE TWO BOTTLES IN HER PURSE AND THE DEFENDANT THEN PULLED OUT THE OTHER BOTTLE OF SUNTAN LOTION AND GAVE IT TO THE COMPLAINANT. I THEN MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT AND READ HER MIRANDA RIGHTS FROM A PRE PRINTED AGENCY CARD. THE DEFENDANT ADVISED SHE UNDERSTOOD HER RIGHTS AND ADVISED SHE WOULD SPEAK WITH ME. THE DEFENDANT STATED SHE TOOK THE TWO BOTTLES OF SUNTAN LOTION AND PLACED THEM IN HER PURSE AND THE COMPLAINANT APPROACHED HER. THE DEFENDANT ADVISED SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY ON HER PERSON AND WAS NOT PLANNING ON PAYING FOR THE ITEMS. THE DEFENDANT TOOK AN EIGHT OUNCE BOTTLE OF HAWAIIAN TROPIC TANNING OIL, VALUED AT $9.99 AND AN EIGHT OUNCE BOTTLE OF BANANA BOAT TANNING OIL, VALUED AT $7.49. BOTH PRODUCTS TOTALED $18.53 AND WERE RETURNED TO THE WINN DIXIE SUPERMARKET. THE DEFENDANT WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR PETIT THEFT/RETAIL. THE DEFENDANT WAS HANDCUFFED (DOUBLE LOCKED) IN BACK, PLACED IN THE REAR OF MY PATROL VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY FOR BOOKING AND PROCESSING. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $250.00 ACCORDING TO THE BOND SCHEDULE.
