| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Khan pled guilty to the following crimes: Count 1, Rape of a Child 3rd Degree, Count 2, Rape of a Child 3rd degree, Count 3, Count 4, Attempted Child Molestation in the 2nd degree and Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes. Khan was given a term of 53 months in prison and 36 months of supervision. Counts 1 and 2, Khan was employed as a dental assistant and knew the victim's mother. Khan had taken the victim (14 year old male) to a Mosque in Tacoma for the weekend for a group activity. The victim was having coffee in Khan's vehicle and left for a short time and returned. The victim returned and drank his coffee and noticed that it tasted funny. The victim then began to feel sick and had blurry vision. Khan took this victim to a motel and sexually assaulted this victim. Count 3 a 13 year old male was at his dental appointment when Khan began asking questions of the victim and of the questions had anything to do with dental work. Khan while cleaning the victims teeth touch the victim in his genitals and also placed his hand on the victim's buttocks. Count 4, Khan had two males in his vehicle age 15 and 12 and Khan dropped the 15 year old male off and was going to drop off the 12 year old male at a relative's home when Khan stopped his vehicle between two building and told the victim to take off his pants. The Victim refused. The victim faked an asthma attack and Khan drove him to the hospital and during the drive again told the victim to take off his pants. The victim's grandfather arrived at the hospital and the victim reported what had taken place to family members. While in prison, Khan completed sex offender treatment. Khan will be on active supervision for a period of 36 months with the Everett Office of the Department of Corrections. 425-290-3200 Shall have no direct or indirect contact with any victim. Shall not possess or peruse pornographic materials. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not reside with anyone who is a parent or legal guardian of minor children. Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription. Shall not use, possess, purchase or consume alcohol. Shall not work at or be in places frequented by minors. Shall submit to breathalyzer testing as required. Shall submit to polugraph testing as required. |
