| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Avilla pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 12/19/2002 to one count of Voyeurism and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was sentenced to nine months in the county jail. This incident occurred when the unknown adult female called a neighbor because she heard noises from outside her window and thought someone was there. The neighbor found Avilla standing on a chair outside the residence against the window. On 04/30/2001 Avilla pled guilty in King County Superior Court to one count of Voyeurism. He was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail. This incident occurred when the unknown adult female victim heard noises outside and felt there was somone there. She called a neighbor and asked him to check. Avilla was found standing in a crouched position in front of a window wth his pants partially down. In both cases Avilla provided excuses of why he was found in this position. In both cases the victim's reported hearing noises of a male becoming sexualy aroused from outside their windows. Avilla received minimal sex offender treatment after the first offense and was found to not be invested in the treatment process. While he was on supervision he was receiving sex offender treatment. In December of 2009 Avilla was convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex offender and was given a term of 33 months in prison.
