Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Holgerson pled guilty to the crime of Assault 3rd with Sexual Motivation on September 11, 2006 and was given a minimum term of 16 months in prison with a maximum term of 60 months. The victim in this crime was a known 14 year old female. Holgerson was considered a friend of the family and would ask the victim over to baby-sit for him. Holgerson began taking the victim out for meals, riding his four-wheeler with her and took her out to rent movies. He also gave her gifts and offered to buy her CD's and DVD's. Holgerson then began having sexual relations with this victim for a three month period. When was 18 years old, he was convicted of the crimes of Attempted Rape of a Drugged Victim and Unlawful intercourse with a minor. He was sent to a California Youth Authority for a term of 2 years in 1990. The victim in these two crimes were 18 and 14 at the time of the crime. Holgerson completed Sex Offender Treatment while in prison. He will be on active supervision until 10-11-2011.
