| Comments: | According to official documents, Orr was found guilty of the crime of Assault 2nd degree with sexual motivation on 3-20-2001 and was given a term of 18 months in prison. This crime took place in April of 2000 when the victim was at Orr's home visiting his children. The victim had emerged from the bathroom at which time Orr grabbed the 11 year old victim about the waist and rubbed the victim's groin area while attempting to kiss the victim. In March of 1993 Orr pled guilty to the crime of Unlawful Imprisonment, Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purpose and Assault 4th Degree and was given a tern of 30 days in jail and One year of supervision. The victim in this case was a 12-year-old female who was visiting a family member. While swimming in the apartment pool, Orr swam over to the victim and grabbed her and held on to her. The victim kicked Orr and he let go of her. Orr then asked the victim to take off her top, which she refused. He then placed his hands on the victim's breast and squeezed them. Later Orr was driving the victim home and began rubbing the victims thigh, telling her that he would show you what boys like. Orr's offense pattern is to make friends with the victim's parents before acting out with a victim. Orr was found amenable for treatment at the Sex Offender treatment program. However, due to his sentence structure, there was not enough time for him to enter and complete this program. Orr was released from prison in September of 2002 and has three years of supervision from that date. Upon release he was found non-amenable for treatment, because he was found non-amenable for treatment he is a untreated sex offender. He is no longer under supervision. |
