| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Morgan pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 07/02/2003 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Morgan sexually assaulting the known 17 year old female victim. The victim had gone to a party with Morgan and other friends. During the party Morgan isolated the victim and began kissing her. She told him to stop and Morgan told her ?You know what I want?. He then physically restrained her and sexually assaulted her. Don't have direct/indirect contact with victim. Don't possess or consume alcohol and don't frequent establishments where alcohol is the chief commodity ofr sale. Don't possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued RX. Obey all laws. Participate & make progress in sexual deviancy treatment. Follow all conditions outlined in your treatment contract. Don't change therapists w/o advanced permission of the sentencing Court. Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include DOC sponsored offender groups, as directed by CCO. Participate in substance abuse treatment as directed by CCO. Participate in urinalysis, breathalyzer, plethysmograph & polygraph exams as directed by CCO. Your residence, living arrangements & employment must be approved by CCO. |
