ON 100410, THE DEFENDANT, MS SHERRI CREECH, WAS ARRESTED FOR PARTICIPATION IN MULTIPLE CONVEYANCE BURGLARIES WITHIN THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD OF SUGAR MILL WOODS LOCATED IN HOMOSASSA. MS CREECH WAS ARRESTED AFTER BEING STOPPED AFTER OPERATING HER VEHICLE WITHOUT HER HEADLIGHTS ON IN SUGAR MILL WOODS. FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY DEPUTY LAUGHLIN REVEALED THAT MS CREECH AND HER JUVENILE CO-DEFENDANTS HAD COMMITTED NUMEROUS CONVEYANCE BURGLARIES WITHIN THE SUGAR MILL WOODS AREA ON THAT VERY SAME EVENING. ON 100410, MS CREECH MADE INCRIMINATING STATEMENTS INCLUDING SHE HAD PARTICIPATED IN VEHICLE BURGLARIES IN SUGAR MILL WOODS ALONG WITH TWO OTHER CO-DEFENDANTS KNOW AS JUVENILE THOMAS AND JUVENILE SAMANTHA AND THAT THE VAST MAJORITY OF ELECTRONICS AND OTHER ITEMS LOCATED WITHIN HER VEHICLE WERE FROM COMMITTING THESE MULTIPLE VEHICLE BURGLARIES. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION BY THIS DETECTIVE IN READING THE REPORT FILED BY THE VICTIM, MR KENNETH DEDEK, A SERIAL NUMBER FOR THE APPLE IPOD NANO MATCHED THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER ON THE RECOVERED APPLE IPOD NANO FROM INSIDE MS CREECH'S VEHICLE. ON 100610, THIS DETECTIVE MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT, MS SHERRIE CREECH, AT THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY. A DIGITALLY RECORDED INTERVIEW WAS CONDUCTED WITH MS CREECH WHO STATED THAT SHE HAD PARTICIPATED IN MULTIPLE VEHICLE BURGLARIES WITHIN THE SUGAR MILL WOODS AREA, HOWEVER MS CREECH WAS UNABLE T O PROVIDE EXACT VEHICLES OR ADDRESSES. MS CREECH DID ADMIT TO DRIVING HER CO-DEFENDANTS AROUND IN HER VEHICLE TO COMMIT THESE BURGLARIES, BECAUSE AS MS CREECH STATED SHE HAD LOST HER JOB AND NEEDED MONEY TO HELP PAY HER BILLS. ON 100810, CONTACT WAS AGAIN MADE WITH THE DEFENDANT, MS SHERRIE CREECH, AT THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY WHERE SHE WAS ADVISED OF HER NEW CHARGES. MS CREECH IS TO BE RELEASED ON HER OWN RECOGNIZANCE ON THESE CHARGES ONLY, AS A RESULT OF HER COOPERATION THUS FAR IN THIS INVESTIGATION.
