| Comments: | EISENSHANK, Stephen W. In 1997, Eisenshank was convicted of three counts of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes, in Lewis County. According to official documents, Eisenshank approached three unknown minor females (ages 15-17) and offered them money in exchange for one of them performing a lewd act. Eisenshank has a long history of Indecent Exposure incidents involving teenagers. He has reported that he would follow minor females home and expose to them. Eisenshank received some sex offender treatment in the 1970's but was found to be non-amenable to continued treatment. Eisenshank is no longer being supervised by the Department of Corrections; therefore, his only requirement is to register with the sheriff's department. |
