| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents between 07-01-1998 and 8-31-1998 Kiona who was 21 years old had sexual intercourse with a known 15 year old female on two separate occasions. Kiona told a witness that he would kill the victim and members of her family if he reported the crime to the police. Kiona pled guilty to the crime of Child Molestation in the 3rd degree in this crime and was given a term of 60 months in prison. Between 9-1-1998 and 2-3-1999 Kiona sexually assaulted three (3) known males and made threats towards them if they reported the crime. These male victims were between the age of 10 and 14 years. Kiona also made threats that he would stab his victim if he disclosed. Kiona pled guilty to Rape of a Child 3rd degree and was given a term of 60 months. Kiona alsop pled guilty to the crime of Residential Burglary and was given a term of 78 months. All of his prison time was concurrent. He was released from prison on 1-8-2004. Kiona will engage in grooming behaviors such as hanging out at skating rinks, befriending adolescents by proving them with gifts, rides and a place to stay. Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by CCO. Do not see employment or volunteer positions which place you in contact with or control over minor children. Have no contact with minor children w/o the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense & has been approved by CCO. Have no direct/indirect contact with victims. Participate & make progress in a sexual deviancy treatment program, as directed by CCO. Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include DOC sponsored offender groups, as directed by CCO. Participate in substance abuse treatment as directed by the supervising CCO. Participate in urinalysis, breathalyzer, polygraph & plethsmograph exams as directed by CCO. Pay the costs of counseling required by victims. Your residence, living arrangements & empolyment must be approved by CCO. |
