| Comments: | According to official documents, Silver pled guilty to the crime of Indecent Liberties in King County Superior Court and was given a term of 51 months in prison. The victim was a 13 year old female who lived in the same apartment complex. The victim reports that she would talk to Silver when she was rollerblading in the parking lot and Silver always initiated the conversations. On the day of the sexual assault the victim was walking from her apartment to the bus stop to go to school when Silver called to her from his balcony and stated that he had something to tell her and asked the victim to come up to his apartment. Once inside the apartment, Silver pushed her against the wall and began kissing the victim. She stated no but he continued to kiss her. Silver then pushed the victim onto a sofa and forced her to have oral sex. Silver refused treatment while in prison, but his J&S required his to participate in sexual treatment upon his release. He was violated on June 12, 2008 and sent back to jail for failing to comply with sexual deviancy treatment by having unreported sexual contact and failing to notify his Community Corrections officer of a sexual relationship. Also in April of 2007 he was sent to jail for 115 days for failing to comply with sex offender treatment and using drugs. Silver is no longer on supervision for his crime. |
