| Comments: | According to official documents Lemery was convicted by jury trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 07/21/2002 of three counts of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree and two counts of Child Molestation in the Third Degree. She was sentenced to 60 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Lemery sexually assaulting the known 14 year old male victim on several occasions. Lemery gave access of her residence to teenagers and her residence was described as a party house and as a sexually-charged atmosphere of permissiveness that Lemery fostered and utilized for the purpose of grooming. This included some of the teens taking photographs of themselves in pornographic poses and various stages of undress. Lemery copied and gave out the photos to other teens. Lemery was charged with one additional count of Child Molestation in the Third Degree that ended in a hung jury. It was alleged that Lemery fondled the known 14 year male victim on one occasion as he slept at her residence. After Lemery's arrest and release from custody on her Personal Recognizance she violated her release conditions by having continued unsupervised contact with minors. Lemery did participate in the Sex Offender Treatment Program while in prison. Lemery no longer is on active supervision. |
