| Narrative: | The defendant TANGELA CRANESIA FORBES was observed operating a dark 4 door Chrysler, on Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd with no tail lights. A traffic stop was initiated as the Chrysler turned right onto Twigg Street. The officer made contact with the driver TANGELA CRANESIA FORBES. When the officer requested FORBES driver’s license FORBES stated “she did not have a license.” Subsequent check of FORBES name and date of birth revealed a suspension for “Failure to Pay” dated 12/07/2010. FORBES was arrested and transported to the Hernando County Detention Facility without incident. FORBES is being held on a $500.00 bond. |
