The victim in this crime was a known 21 month old female. The victim was assaulted by Baraby, in which the victim was digitally penetrated on one occasion. Baraby was also convicted of Indecent Liberties on November 11, 1987, and was given a term of 13 months. The victims in this crime were age 3 and 4, both males.
