| Comments: | BURNETT, Theodore Alfred In 1993, Subject BURNETT was convicted of Sex Abuse 1st Degree and Sodomy 1st Degree in Linn County Oregon. BURNETT had sexually abused an 8 year old female relative on at least two separate occasions. After the abuse, BURNETT threatened the victim and told her that if she told anyone about the abuse that he would hurt and kill her. In 1994, BURNETT was convicted of another count of Sex Abuse 1st Degree. In that case, BURNETT sexually abused a 9 year old female family relative. He isolated the victim and told her that he wanted to 'fool around with her'. BURNETT sexually fondled the victim and then told her not to tell anyone about what happened. In 1978 BURNETT was convicted of Rape 3rd Degree. BURNETT was having consensual sex with a 12 year old female who was living in the same household with BURNETT at the time. The victim became pregnant and it was discovered that BURNETT was the father of the baby. There were also indications that BURNETT was having intercourse with the victim's sister, but no criminal charges were filed in that case. BURNETT's criminal history includes a 1982 Possession of a Controlled Substance; a 1983 Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree; a 1991 Domestic Abuse; and several driving related offenses. It does not appear the BURNETT participated in any Sex Offender Treatment Program in the past. BURNETT is currently under community supervision by the Washington State Department of Corrections. Due to BURNETT's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender.
