| Comments: | According to official documents, Bolander was convicted of the crime of Rape in the Second Degree by plea on June 11, 1987. He was sentenced to 27 months in Prison. His victim was a 22 year-old female who was known to him. While he was still on supervision for this crime, he was arrested and pled guilty to Two counts of Child Molestation in the 1st degree. He was sentenced to 50 months in prison on October 9th, 1992. He was released from prison and did register as required in September of 1995. The victim's in his 1992 conviction were males, age 3 and 5, known to him. The behavior of the offender towards the victims was that they were touched under their clothing and that the offender also had taken pictures of the victim's private areas. One of the victims had also been forced to touch the offender. Bolander has refused any type of sex offender treatment. Bolander's only condition at this time is to register as a sex offender. |
