| Comments: | In 1992 In King County, Washington THOMAS JACKSON sexually assaulted two known adult females. The first victim had known JACKSON for a few months. JACKSON told the victim he had just been in an argument with his wife so she let him in her house. Once inside, JACKSON threatened the victim's llife as well as her sleeping children. The victim pretended to hear her son crying and was able to try and flee as JACKSON continued the assault. The victim's ten year old son awoke and helped his mother fight back. JACKSON then fled the area. About one hour later JACKSON went to the home of the second victim. The victim's daughter had worked for JACKSON as a babysitter so she also allowed JACKSON into her residence. JACKSON then physically assaulted and raped the second victim. JACKSON made threats to get the babysitting daughter and blamed his actions on the influence of drugs. JACKSON was arrested several days later and found guilty by jury trial in April of 1993. JACKSON did not participate in sex offender treatment programs while in prison. JACKSON has additional criminal convictions for Burglary in the 1st Degree, Escape in the 2nd Degree, Assault in the 2nd Degree, and Assault in the 4th Degree. Due to JACKSON's sexual criminal history, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender and is considered a high risk to re-offend. This allows the Pierce County Sheriff's Department to disclose relevant, necessary, and accurate information to the public at large. |
