Comments: According to official documents Nolan pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 11/07/2002 to one count of Child Molestation in the Third Degree and he was sentenced to 38 months in prison. This sentence was served concurrent to his conviction in Skagit County for Residential Burglary. The sex offense conviction was the result of Nolan sexually assaulting the unknown 15 year old female victim. Nolan sexually assaulted the victim when she was visiting a residence where he was staying. Both were intoxicated and Nolan, knowing her age, initiated sexual contact with her. Nolan declined to participate in the sex offender treatment program while in prison. Nolan is not on active supervision and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender.
