| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Quinn pled guilty to the crimes of Assault 3rd degree and Unlawful imprisonment on March 9, 2004 and was given a term of 22 months in prison. The victim in this crime was a 15 year old female. The victim had walked over to the Laundry Room of the complex and observed Quinn whom she knew as a casual acquaintance and knew that he was a sex offender due to sex offenders flyers that had been distributed in her complex some time previously. Quinn never said anything to the victim, but he grabbed her wrist and pulled the victim with him as he was walking to one of the apartments in the complex. Quinn had her lay on the couch, which the victim did as she was terrified. Quinn then started to fondle the victim?s breasts area and the victim attempted to have Quinn leave her alone. Quinn passed out and the victim in this crime was able to leave the apartment and reported the crime. On December 22, 1993 Quinn pled guilty to Two Counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree and was given a term of 108 months in prison, with credit for time served while waiting trial. Quinn assaulted two (2) twin 7 year-old sisters on July 1, 1993. Quinn?s girlfriend was babysitting the victims and left Quinn alone with them. Quinn exposed his penis to them and had them touch his penis. Quinn tried to persuade the victim to masturbate him and when they refused, he put his hand inside their underwear and touched their vaginas. Quinn told these victims that what he had done was a secret and not to tell anyone. Quinn was recommended for sex offender treatment, but due to the lack of space and time to do the treatment, he did not go Quinn was not ordered by the courts on this conviction to attend treatment. Quinnis no longer on supervision. Quinn has Criminal Conviction History for the following: Attempted Burglary 2nd , 1988 Burglary 2nd, 1991, Arson 2nd, 1992.
