| Narrative: | On the above date and time, officers of the Brooksville Police Department were investigating a verbal disturbance at the Royal Gas Station located at 101 Ponce De Leon Blvd. where they came in contact with a subject who identified himself as Robert Rogers. An officer ran the subject’s information but found no record of him. Further investigation revealed his name was Thomas Rogers. A check of Thomas Rogers’ information revealed a Writ of Bodily Attachment for child support out of Escambia County. It also revealed a Pasco County Warrant for VOP-Battery. The warrants were confirmed via Teletype. Rogers was placed under arrest and transported to the Hernando County Jail where he was booked on the warrants and an additional charge of providing a false name to law enforcement. Rogers is being held on $11,360.00 bond. |
