submitted by: LEYDA, AMANDA 1399 (AR16-19325) (16-60184) DID UNLAWFULLY AND WILLFULLY ENTER OR REMAIN IN A STRUCTURE OR CONVEYANCE, TO WIT: THE HOMOSASSA COUNTRY STORE, THE PROPERTY OF THE VICTIM, WITHOUT BEING AUTHORIZED, LICENSED, OR INVITED TO DO SO BY THE OWNER, LESSEE, OR THEIR AGENT, AND AFTER HAVING BEEN PREVIOUSLY WARNED, TO WIT: ON 050316 AT 2210 HOURS, IS IN VIOLATION OF FLORIDA STATE STATUTES 810.08(1) AND 810.08(2)(B). ON 050316 AT APPROXIMATELY 2250 HOURS, I WAS DISPATCHED TO THE HOMOSASSA COUNTRY STORE, LOCATED AT 5511 WEST HOMOSASSA TRAIL, IN REFERENCE TO A TRESPASS COMPLAINT. PRIOR TO ARRIVING, I WAS ADVISED THE DESCRIPTION OF the SUSPECT WAS A WHITE FEMALE WEARING A PINK SHIRT. THE FEMALE WAS APPARENTLY SWEARING AND USING VULGAR LANGUAGE IN the STORE. UPON ARRIVING, I OBSERVED A WHITE FEMALE INSIDE THE STORE WEARING A PINK SHIRT. I MADE CONTACT WITH THE DEFENDANT, LATER IDENTIFIED AS MS TIFFANY LYNN MORGAN. THE DEFENDANT WAS UNCOOPERATIVE AND PROCEEDED TO EXIT the STORE AND SIT ON THE CURB OUTSIDE the STORE. AT that TIME, DEPUTY ROUSH ARRIVED ON SCENE AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT with THE COMPLAINANT. THE COMPLAINANT IDENTIFIED HERSELF AND MS MICHELLE DEAN, THE STORE MANAGER. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT THE DEFENDANT ENTERED THE STORE AT APPROXIMATELY 2210 HOURS and REMAINED THERE UNTIL MY ARRIVAL. THE COMPLAINANT STATED SHE FIRST TRIED TO HELP THE DEFENDANT BUT THE DEFENDANT WAS ACTING STRANGE, SWEARING AND KEPT ASKING THE COMPLAINANT FOR A RIDE HOME. THE COMPLAINANT STATED SHE ASKED THE DEFENDANT TO LEAVE THE STORE; HOWEVER, the DEFENDANT REFUSED AND REMAINED INSIDE THE STORE. I THEN ADVISED THE DEFENDANT, WHO WAS STILL SITTING OUTSIDE THE STORE, THAT SHE NEEDED TO LEAVE. THE DEFENDANT REFUSED TO LEAVE and STATED SHE WAS WAITING FOR A RIDE. THE DEFENDANT REFUSED TO GIVE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS REFERENCE TO HER WELLBEING. THE DEFENDANT WAS THEN PLACED UNDER ARREST, HANDCUFFED BEHIND HER BACK and TRANSPORTED TO THE CITRUS COUNTY DETENTION FACILITY. THE DEFENDANT'S BOND WAS SET AT $1,000.00, PER THE BOND SCHEDULE. |
