| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, between 2-20-1994 and 8-20-1996 Haddox had sexual contact with a known 11 year-old female. The sexual molestation?s was that of touching the victim with hands, both over and under clothing and rubbing the victim with his penis. Haddox was given 68 months in prison which was suspended and Haddox served 90 days and jail and was released to the community. After his release from jail he was to enter into treatment, have no contact with minors and possess on controlled substances. On June 3, 1998 his sentence was revoked for failure to make satisfactory progress in treatment, having contact with minors and using a controlled substance. Haddox was then sentenced to 65 months in prison. During his time in prison he came into possession of photographs of minor children which is in violation of his sentence. Haddox attended and completed Sex Offender Treatment while in prison. Haddox was released from prison and registered on 10-11-2010 for the crime of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
