| Commentaries: | Comments Abide by employment or volunteer work restriction(s) related to specific job class(es) According to official documents Tinsley was found guilty by stipulated bench trial in Snohomish County Superior Court on 09/15/2008 of one count of Child Molestation Second Degree and one count of Rape of a Child Third Degree. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison for the child molestation and 31 months in prison for the rape of a child to be served concurrently. These convictions were the result of Tinsley sexually assaulting the known 13 year old female victim and also sexually assaulting another known female victim from when she was ten to 14 years old. Tinsley declined to participate in sex offender treatment while in prison. Tinsley is on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Marysville office (360) 658-2150, for a period of 36 months and has the following conditions: Do not enter bars, taverns, casinos, or lounges or any location where alcohol is the primary item for sale Do not enter parks, playgrounds or schools or any place where children congregate as defined by community corrections officer Do not have direct or indirect contact with any victim Do not purchase, own or have in your possession or under your control any firearm or deadly weapon Do not reside with anyone who is a parent/legal guardian of minor children Do not use, possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription Do not use, possess, consume or purchase alcohol Do not work at or be in places frequented by minors Enter into and successfully complete a sex offender treatment program with a certified sex offender treatment provider Enter into and successfully participate in counseling programs as directed by community corrections officer Have no contact with minors Maintain lawful employment and provide proof of employment to DOC staff as directed Must consent to DOC home visits to monitor compliance with supervision.
