| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Eggebraten pled guilty in King County Superior Court on 05/02/2003 to one count of Residential Burglary with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to six months in the King County Jail. This conviction was the result of Eggebraten entering the residence of an adult female victim only known to him as a neighbor. Once inside the residence he was found by the victim when she returned from walking her dog. The door to the residence had been left open when the victim had left to walk the dog. When confronted, Eggebraten told the victim he had followed someone into her residence and later told authorities that he had been sleep walking. Eggebraten was contacted after the victim called the police. A consent search was conducted and female underwear was located in Eggebraten?s residence. Some of the underwear was positively identified by the victim as belonging to her. She had been missing some underwear garments previous to the incident. Eggebraten has admitted to a lengthy history of voyeurism and that he has entered other residences to take female underwear. He also admitted that he had been in the victim?s residence previous to when he was caught but would not say how many times. Eggebraten is No longer of Supervision, but has to register.
