| Comments: | According to official documents on Specht pled guilty to two counts of Child Molestation in the First Degree 02/12/1997 in Snohomish County Superior Court. He was sentenced to 75 months in prison for each count to be served concurrent. Count one was the result of Specht sexually assaulting a known 3 to 4 year old known female victim. Specht was a family friend and often visited the friends residence. It was during these visits that he would play with the victim alone and molest her. Count two was the result of Specht Sexually assaulting a known 5 year old female victim on several occasions. Again, Specht would molest the victim when left alone with her. Some of these incidents occurred when Specht was left babysitting the victim. Specht completed sex offender treatment while incarcerated. He is no longer on active supervision. |
