| Comments: | According to official documents McDonald pled guilty in King County Superior Court on 04/12/2007 to one count of Indecent Exposure , Felony, With Sexual Motivation and Escape Second Degree. McDonald had been granted pre-trial work release and escaped from work release on 12/13/2006. He was sentenced to 29 months in prison. This conviction was the result of McDonald exposing his penis to the unknown 20 year old female victim. The victim was returning home to her sorority house when she saw an unknown male standing in a nearby stairwell. The male was completely naked and openly masturbating while looking at her. McDonald has three previous convictions for Indecent Exposure under similar circumstances and has admitted to other incidents of Indecent Exposure where he was not charged with a crime. McDonald did not participate in sex offender treatment while in prison as he did not have enough time to complete the program. He is no longer on supervision. |
