| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Mosteller pled guilty in Lewis County Superior Court on 06/21/2004 to one count of Rape in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to 20 months in prison. This conviction was the result of Mosteller sexually assaulting the known 17 year female victim. The victim was visiting Mosteller's home when he sexually assaulted her after isolating her in a utility closet. On 04/16/2001 Mosteller pled guilty in Lewis County Superior Court Juvenile Division to one count of Child Molestation in the First Degree. He was sentenced to 0 to 104 weeks in custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and Mosteller was granted a special sex offender disposition alternative. He then served 30 days in detention and completed community based sex offender treatment. This conviction was the result of Mosteller sexually assaulting the known 6 year old female victim. Mosteller lived on the same property as the victim. He entered the victim's bedroom and sexually assaulted her on one occasion.
