| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Lipus pled guilty to two counts of Rape of a Child in the First degree and was given a term of 131 months in prison which was suspended on condition that he enter into community-base sex offender treatment and follow all conditions set by the Department of Corrections. On 3-20-2003 his sentence was revoked for having contct with minors, possessing pornography, and entering into a relationship with a woman with minor children. The victims in his conviction were ages 6 and 7, male and female. Lipus had lost his job and began to provide childcare for the two victims while the mother worked. During the time of 12-1997 and 9-1998 Lipus sexually assaulted them. After Lipus had moved, the children disclosed the crime to their mother. While in prison he attended sex offender treatment. Lipus will be on active supervision for a period of 36 months, with the MArysville Office of the Department of Corrections. 360-658-2150 Shall enter into and successfully participate in certified sex offender treatment. Shall have no contact with minors. Shall have no direct or indirect contact with his victims for life. Shall not consume alcohol. Shall not enter Bars, Taverns, or Lounges. Shall not purchase, own, have in his possession or under his control any firearm or deadly weapon. Shall not use, possess, consume any controlled substances without a lawfully issued prescription.
