| Narrative: | Officers of the Brooksville Police Department responded to WalMart in reference to two shoplifters in custody. Loss Prevention advised they had observed the defendants select and conceal spark plugs. They were then observed passing all points of sale and failing to pay for the items. They were stopped as they attempted exit the store and brought to the office. The merchandise was recovered and returned to the store. A records check revealed that Reno was on felony probation for narcotics charges. This arrest violated the conditions of his probation and he was charged accordingly. He was transported to the Hernando County Jail where he is held without bond. Mock was issued a Notice to Appear and released |
