| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Savidia pled guilty to the crime of Rape in the 3rd degree on July 25, 1997 and was given 12 months of confinement and 12 months of community supervision. Savidia who was 18 years old at the time with his 17 year old friend brought three 14 year old females to Savidia's apartment. One of the girls passed out and Savidia dragged her into a closet, disrobed her and sexually assaulted her. The male with Savidia assaulted this victim also. All of the girls were taken to a fast food restaurant where the victim became sick. She was taken to the hospital and treated for alcohol poisoning. In April of 2005 Savidia was released after serving 62 months in prison for Residential Burglary with a Deadly weapon and Unlawful Possession of a firearm. In April of 2008 Savidia was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substances and was given 181 days in jail. In May of 2009 he was convicted of Failure to Register and was given a term of 60 days in jail. In April of 2009 he was convicted of Unlawful Imprisonment-DV and Assault 3rd Degree-DV. He was released from prison and registered with the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office.
