| Comments: | In 1997 Barge was convicted of Rape of a Child 3rd Degree in Lewis County Superior Court. The offense involved Barge having sexual contact with a 15-year-old female when he was 22 years old. The victim reported that the sexual assault was against her will and that Barge used physical force to overcome her resistance.
