| Comments: | DEWAR, Thomas V - In 2002, DEWAR was convicted of CHILD MOLESTATION 2nd Degree in Thurston County. According to official file documents, DEWAR sexually assaulted a familial 12-year old female. DEWAR participated in a Sex Offender Treatment Program while he was incarcerated. DEWAR will be supervised by the Department of Corrections. DEWAR is required to report any change of address, employment, and school enrollment to the Pierce County Sheriff Department. DICHOSO, William T. was convicted of Rape of a Child 2nd Degree (two counts) in 1996. DICHOSO sexually assaulted a female step-relative over a two-year period of time when the victim was between the ages of 11 and 12 years old. The victim reported that she was sexually assaulted by DICHOSO approximately 70 to 80 times over that two-year period of time. DICHOSO would physically hit the victim is she resisted or cried out during the assaults. He also threatened to kill the victim or other family members if she reported the assaults. DICHOSO would sometimes force the victim to use marijuana with him in an attempt to gain her cooperation in the assaults. DICHOSO does not have any other known criminal convictions. DICHOSO was initially placed in community based treatment, but he did not follow through with his commitments with that treatment. He was then incarcerated and did not complete the Department of Corrections Sex Offender Treatment Program while in prison. He felt that the court order requiring him to participate in the treatment program was cruel and unusual punishment and claimed he did not have any sexual deviancy problems. DICHOSO will be under community supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections for the next 24 months associated with his sex related conviction. Due to DICHOSO's sexual criminal history and his failure to participate in sex offender treatment, he has been classified as a LEVEL 3 Sex Offender.
