| Comments: | According to official documents, between June 1993 and August 1993, William J. MILLER (age 22) sexually assaulted three known, non-familial females ages 4, 5, and 7. The victims were MILLER's girlfriend''s children and the sexual assaults occurred in the home and a vehicle. When the incidents were reported to the children's mother she confronted MILLER about the allegations and he admitted to the crimes. When the police were contacted and confronted MILLER about the allegations he stated that he could not remember doing any of the things he was accused of. MILLER made threats to kill his former girlfriend and the children from jail. MILLER is no longer being supervised in the community by the Department of Corrections. During incarceration MILLER was screened for by the Sex Offender Treatment Program and deemed non-amendable to treatment due to denying the offenses occurred. Due to MILLER''s sexual criminal history he has been classified as a Level 3 Sex Offender. |
