| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents Simpson pled guilty to two counts of Rape of a Child 2nd Degree on 05/07/1999 in the Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division and was sentenced to 98 to 123 weeks. He served his maximum sentence and was released on his 20th birthday. This conviction was the result of Simpson having an ongoing sexual relationship with a known 13 year old female victim. Previously Simpson pled guilty to one count of Rape of a Child First Degree on 07/01/1994 in the Snohomish County Superior Court, Juvenile Division. Simpson was given a sentence of 21 to 28 weeks, which was deferred and he was given a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. This incident was the result of an adult observing inappropriate activity between Simpson and a known, 5 year old male victim while they were under a blanket. It was found that Simpson had used threats to force the victim to comply with sexual acts. Simpson?s SSODA was revoked in September of 1995 and he served the remainder of his sentence at the Echo Glenn Children?s Center. Simpson attended sex offender treatment during his last sentence and has disclosed 3 additional victims being two males ages 5 and 7 years and one female age 5. All of these incidents consisted of fondling the victims under their clothing. Simpson has also been convicted of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Simpson has no conditions at this time and his only requirement it to register as a sex offender.
