| Narrative: | On the above date and time, an officer of the Brooksville Police Department made contact with Wilson Silva who was parked, sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle at Tom Varn Park while it was closed. As the officer approached the vehicle, he could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. When asked about the odor, Silva stated he recently smoked marijuana in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed 7.4 grams of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe with residue, and an electronic scale covered in marijuana particles. Silva claimed ownership of the items. He was issued a notice to appear for possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. |
