Commentaries: Comments According to official documents Myers pled guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 05/24/2005 to one count of Rape of a Child in the Third Degree. He was sentenced to fifty months in prison. This conviction was the result of Myers sexually assaulting the known 14 year old female victim. Myers had only met the victim briefly on two occasions prior to sexually assaulting her. While staying at the victim?s residence Myers entered the victim?s bedroom and sexually assaulted her. During the sexual assault he used force by holding the victim down. From Myers age of 19 to 25 he also had inappropriate sexual contact with six additional female victims? ages 14 to 15 for which he was not charged with a crime. Myers completed the sex offender treatment program while in prison. He is currently on active supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections, Everett office (425) 290-3200, and has the following conditions: Complete a substance abuse treatment evaluation as directed by the supervising CCO and follow all recommended treatment. Do not associate with known users or sellers of illegal drugs. Do not date women nor form relationships with families who have minor children, as directed by the supervising CCO. Do not frequent areas where minor children are known to congregate, as defined by the supervising CCO. Do not have direct or indirect contact with victim. Do not hold employment without first notifying your employer of this conviction. Do not intiate or prolong contact with minor children without the presence of an adult who is knowledgeable of the offense and has been approved by the supervising CCO. Do not possess drug paraphernalia. Do not possess or consume controlled substances unless you have a legally issued prescription. Do not remain overnight in a residence where minor children live or are spending the night. Do not seek employment or volunteer positions which place you in contact with or control over minor children. Obey all laws. Participate in offense related counseling programs, to include DOC sponsored offender groups, as directed by the supervising CCO. Participate in urinalysis, alcohol breath testing, plethysmograph and polygraph examinations as directed by the supervising CCO, to ensure conditions of community custody. Pay the costs of crime-related counseling and medical treatment required by victim. Stay out of drug areas, as defined in writing by the supervising CCO. Successfully complete sexual deviancy treatment. Follow all conditions outlined in your treatment contract. Do not change therapists without advanced permission of the sentencing Court. Your residence, living arrangements and employment must be approved by the supervising CCO.
