| Comments: | According to official documents Porter pled guilty in King County Superior Court Juvenile Department on 07/23/2003 to three counts of Residential Burglary With Sexual Motivation and was sentenced to 156 weeks in the custody of the Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration. This sentence was suspended and Porter was granted a Special Sex Offender Disposition Alternative. This conviction was the result of Porter unlawfully entering several residences to access pornography via the resident's computers. During some of the burglaries Porter took women?s underwear and on one occasion Porter entered a residence during the early morning hours (4:00 am) knowing the residents were at home and sleeping. He touched the known adult female's hair as she slept, waking her. Porter?s SSOSA sentence was revoked due to his continuous viewing of pornography and his original sentence was imposed. He also received an additional sentence of 15 to 36 weeks for Custodial Assault while in custody at a JRA facility. Porter is not on active supervision at this time and his only requirement is to register as a sex offender. |
