| Comments: | According to official documents, Shoop pled guilty in May of 2009 and was given 60 months in prison, which was suspended on condition that he obey all conditions issued by the court and his Corrections Officer. Shoop violated his supervision on 10-26-2009 by consuming alcohol and entering an establishment that serves alcohol and for violating his curfew. At that time he was given 30 days in jail. on 11-26-2009 Shoop was again arrested for violating his supervision by failing to notify the Sheriff's Office of his new address. His sentence was revoked and he was remanded to prison. The victims in his crimes were three female's ages, 11, 13 and 13. Victim # 1, age 11 met Shoop at the high school and lured her to his mother's residence, stating that he had other friends at the house. Once at the house the victim noted that no one was at the home and stated she wanted to leave. Shoop at first verbally ordered her to stay and then by physically restraining this victim. Shoop forced her into the bedroom, forcibly unclothed her and sexually assaulted her. Victim # 2, age 13 met Shoop at a Community Pool in May of 2006 and had sexual contact with him starting in September of 2006 until December of 2006. Victim # 3, age 13 was introduced to Shoop at a football game between September and October of 2006. Shoop communicated through MySpace and MSN instant messaging. This victim left her home without her parents knowing and spent the entire night with Shoop at a beach. Shoop kissed this victim and attempted to place his hands down her pants. While in prison Shoop completed the Sex Offender treatment program.
