| Commentaries: | Comments According to official documents, Younger was convicted of the following Crimes: Rape of a Child in the 1st Degree, and 4 counts of Unlawful Imprisonment. He was given a term of 147 months in prison in June of 1996. He was released from prison in 2007. Younger had been living with the victim (male, 2 years of age), victim's mother and a 4 year old boy for approximately one month. During the evening friends had come over and the guests and Younger partook in alcohol beverages. After most of the friends left, one guest had to stay and slept on the couch. Younger suggested that he sleep with the victim in the boy's room and the 4 year old could sleep in the mother's room. The mother heard unusual noises coming from the victim's bedroom and went to the room and saw Younger roll off of the victim who was crying and had his diaper pulled down. Younger was confronted about the incident and he became defensive and threatened that he could kill her and her children. The Mother awoke another adult who was sleeping in the home and grabbed a pistol and left with her family to her vehicle. Younger grabbed the 2 year old out of the arms of the adult who was with Younger and held him by the leg upside down. Younger then dropped the child when the mother pulled out the pistol to defend them. Younger wrestled it away from her and she was assaulted by Younger and ordered back into the home. The mother and children were able to leave the house through a window when the police arrived. Younger eventually walked out of the home and was arrested. Younger completed sex offender treatment while in prison. Younger is no longer on supervision. Shall not own, possess, or have under his control any fire arm. |
