| Comments: | According to official documents, between the years of 1987 and 1993, Greene sexually assaulted three (3) female relatives ages 7, 8 and 10. All of his victims were staying over night at Greene's residence when the assaults took place. Greene pled guilty to the crimes of Indecent Liberties, Child Molestation 1st Degree and Rape of a Child 2nd Degree on 8-31-1993 and was given a term of 98 months in prison with credit for 89 days that he served in jail awaiting trial. Greene self-disclosed that over the years, he has offended against 18 victims, between the age of 4 and 15 years of age. Greene's crime was that of fondling his victim both over and under the victims clothing. Greene also gave his victims alcohol before the assaults occurred. Greene did participate in the Sex offender Treatment Program at Twin Rivers Correctional Center. Greene also attended Victim Awareness , Moral Recognition Therapy While on supervision he attended follow-up sex offender treatment File material indicates Greene is a risk to re-offend against females he knows well. He is unlikely to re-offend against those he does not know well. Green was released from prison on 8-22-2000 and lived in King County. Greene no longer has any conditions with the Department of Corrections. He has a condition of no contact with his victims for life. He has the condition to register for life unless relieved by the Court. |
